Kyle is an experienced corporate lawyer who assists clients with M&A transactions and a broad range of corporate finance and debt matters. He is committed to helping companies and entrepreneurs achieve strategic goals and make their businesses successful.
Kyle has extensive knowledge and experience with clients and transactions in the craft beer industry, in particular. He has represented breweries, distilleries, retailers, lenders and investors in a wide variety of corporate transactions and matters, including entity formations, corporate finance (including equipment financings, venture capital, registered offerings and commercial lending), corporate governance practices, reorganizations, TTB and ABC regulatory issues, distribution agreements and associated disputes, mergers & acquisitions (including both buy and sell-side representations), contract brewing agreements, alternating proprietorship agreements and securities compliance (including SEC and stock exchange matters).
Kyle also regularly represents commercial banks in connection with commercial loan agreements, acquisition financings, syndicated lending facilities, letters of credit and other credit facilities. He also represented the U.S. Department of the Treasury in connection with dozens of TARP investment transactions and bank mergers involving banks across the U.S.
